"Ngedere Lodge is nicely situated in Mto wa mbu as an ideal base for Safari game drives to Manyara Lake, Ngorongoro Crater and even the Serengeti National Parks. I had the half board package. Erick cooked great food with a range of pancakes, omlettes, sausages for breakfast and the loads of options on the evening. "They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."

"Hotel only opened 2 years ago and has a lot of potential . However , it's still lacking in details. 1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge . The hotel can be great with small adjustment and attention to details "
