"Views and excursions were amazing! And A/C was very cold. The elephants come straight to your room and handled very well. You are in the middle of the jungle so just beware for the bugs!"

Helpful staff, comfortable room, delicious lunches
"The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to assist us with extra things we needed. Room was comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Not sure it’s still 4star though."
