there is no room cleaning during our 8 nights, we have to complain at reception for toilet paper, no towel changes after so many request to cleaning staff, no toiletries provided after check-in that because staff is not listening, 8 night with out cleaning, no bedsheet changed , we have to request for bin cleaning, literally we have to drag staff for bin cleaning, and toilet paper were provide at 2am, room landline were disconnected,
