The behavior of staff especially sitting on the front desk was not pleasent. They had a disrespectful tone towards their guests. The time required to check-in a guest was also way more than usual which shows their non-compliance with hotel management SOP's. Everything related to the building was good. It was clean and peaceful.

From Haram to this location is less then.8 mile but the hill to get to the hotel is very stiff (you have to be in cheap to get here) They have golf carts to bring guess up and down but they never answer phone when you. All to request a pick up. Ali, the golf cart driver, is the only stuff willing to above and beyond to help guess. A lot of potential with this hotel but very dis functional. Carpets dirty.

I booked one room with large twin bed but I was given a room with 4 small beds. The room was not clean and smells very bad. The beds were too small. The mattress was so thin.there was no towels and I went to reception to get. They said they will bring it in one hour and never did it. The bottom line is that I did not get what I requested at all.

It's extremely a low quality property and in a very very poor location of Makkah. Reaching there and moving out if not easy. It was clean but very very old and everything is worn out except the elevators and reception area.

Yakında türk lokantası yok.Daha çok Bangladeş ve Pakistan yemekleri olan lokantalar var.Mini Marketler var.Haram a yakın olması olumlu. Genel durum iyi

Hotel was very close to the Haram! It is on a hill but only a 5 minute walk uphill, and they have golf carts to take you up and down the hill if you don’t want to walk. The staff are friendly and helpful.
