The property is located in the eastern part of Makarska, a city in southern Croatia, southeast of Split, near the city center and the sea. The house has three floors, but the top ones are closed. So the apartment is on all privacy ideal for a relaxing vacation community and with friends or a large family group of up to 12 people. Built in 2013, the focus was placed on a comfortable and modern decor. With a living space of 260 square meters, you say that 5 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. The living spaces are divided into 3 living-dining areas with an open kitchen. In 3 bedrooms you will find comfortable sleeping in a double bed with a width of 180 cm. Next to the bed are two-sided bedside tables with reading lamps. From the remote ester, which can be fully opened on both sides, the view of the countryside will be paid for. In 1 bedroom a king size bed also has a circumference of 180 cm and is furnished with a cupboard on the upper part. Here, too, you can see out of the window into nature. In 1 bedroom is a bit narrower and welcomes you in two single beds that can be put together for you on request before arrival. In addition, there is a closet and a bedside table with a reading lamp in this room. You look out of the window with a breathtaking view of the hilly area. In all living rooms articulated space on a comfortable living environment of two upholstered sofas and an armchair. A large flat screen TV with digital satellite TV and TV USB port allows you to watch international TV to organize as well as a movie night brought external USB device. On the way from the living room to the kitchen you get to a massive dining table with six / eight upholstered high back chairs. The kitchen is for your extensive self-catering with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, gas stove and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror, toilet and a shower curtain. While the functions, one bathroom is equipped with a shower in the bathtub, the other with a shower in the corner of the room. In addition to bed linen and towels, which are available free of charge, wireless Internet access is also included. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. Step through a sliding door from the living room to the terrace, where there are two benches and a long table for outdoor dining. Protection from the Mediterranean sun while eating provides a retractable marquise and a sun roof .. A small staircase with an outdoor shower, sunroof, an umbrella, adjustable beds for sunbathing and the 24 m² pool paves the way to the pool. A grill on a barbecue evening is of course also on site. To arrive by car gives you more space on the courtyard. As a special addition of high-quality furniture, there is certainly one of the special privacy in this holiday home. Although the owner does not live in this house, it is possible at any time. At a distance of only 50 meters, a large supermarket (Kaufland, exchange office, cafe, money machine) are waiting for your shopping. A pebble beach is only 1000 meters away. The old town within either 800 meters on foot or by car. There, restaurants and pubs to linger. The arrival was late monday evening and the kind hostess had prepared cold drinks and food for us. All together we were five adults and three children. The apartment has a high standard, it's very clean and nicely furnished. The size of the apartemt was perfect for us and it was good space, both inside and outside. All information about the apartment was quite precisely. Owners of the house are very nice, accommondating and helpful. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent 5 Aug 2013 #### sehr empfehlenswert wir waren vorher schon 14x in markaska aber dieses apartment war bis jetzt das schönste und gemütlichste. es war auch alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. die vermieter sprechen perfekt deutsch und es war kein problem das wir am anreisetag schon früher in unsere wohnung durften. es waren auch schon kühle getränke für uns bereit(gratis natürlich!) die vermieter waren sehr nett und waren für jede frage offen und es gab dann sogar ein abschiedsgeschenk von ihnen in form von selbst gemachten palatschinken. es gab eigentlich keinen einzigen punkt was auszusetzen. wir werden bei unserem nächsten markaska besuch sicher wieder hier wohnen!! es war perfekt!!! ---
