The walls are bit thin, which means you can hear noises from inconsiderate neighbours (e.g. dragging chairs across the kitchen in the middle of the night) and the airconditioner is a bit loud, but we got used to that after a few days. The beach is just a very short walk away which very convenient, and there's a small shop (Tommy market) right in the same building which is also very nice when you need something quickly. Our room was cleaned every day, I really did not expect this in an apartment so this was a very nice surprise! The bed is comfortable and the room itself is very spacious, you have really everything you would expect in an apartment!
