"I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. It was a little difficult to find at first, but once I got there and checked in, everything was smooth and well worth it.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. One thing I really appreciated was the air conditioning it worked exceptionally well, which made a huge difference during the heatwave and kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay.
Parking was available at the property, which made travelling by car much more convenient and stress-free. The location was another major highlight. Everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transport, was close by, making it easy to get around and explore the area without any hassle."
"Excellent for a family stay! We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms, had plenty of space! View of the sea was great, and location was perfect: short walk to the beach, bakery, restaurant or just getting some ice cream. Parking conveniently located on the lower level. Once we arrived and parked everything was very close, we had no need to even use the car until we left. Would absolutely return here and recommend to others."
"Comfortable bed, beautiful view of the sea, great breakfast, clean room and entire hotel, great location by the sea, walking distance to the beach, main promenade.
Not well thought through and dangerous design of the access to the balcony. Door threshold is good 25 plus cm high and 20 cm wide. The balcony floor is 20 plus cm above the room floor. When you walk from the balcony to the room you are stepping well deep in. I fell badly at night with dim light. I don’t drink alcohol, do no drugs, I am in good health, I beat up myself badly. Really bad design!"
"Booking a small room with a balcony / park view got us a huge balcony with a view of the park and the port. The facilities are impeccable, and the location cannot be beat: at the start of the Makarska promenade and 50 meters to the beach. Breakfast is good, enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini saunas."
"This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here."
