The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

I had a large comfortably furnished room. It was in a quiet location and was very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. The staff offer freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and a roof top terrace and bar. This is a very comfortable and well appointed hotel in the centre of Seville within a couple of minutes walk of the Cathedral. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

"Hotel was in a great position as only 10 mins walk from train and bus station and easy walk to tourist places and shops and restaurants. Having the pool to relax by in the afternoons when temperature was high was great but a lack of shade and sun brollys needs to be improved to protect the guests ..."
