Communication was excellent, and we really enjoyed the outside play area as well as the collection of board games. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was below par. There was dog hair throughout the property, especially on the couch, which also had an unpleasant smell. The main bedroom had a persistent bad odor that lingered despite repeated attempts to freshen the room.!
