"El hotel tenia mal olor en la recepcion. El cuarto tambien tenia mal olor en el baño, tuvimos que dejar las ventanas abiertas. Las almohadas tenian pelos, la persona que nos ayudo a resolver las almohadas olia mal. "

"Séjour globalement correct, mais assez décevant sur certains points. La partie restauration est vraiment très bien, assuré par un personnel particulièrement sympathique, et constitue clairement le point fort de l’hôtel. En revanche, le spa laisse à désirer : propreté très moyenne, hammam hors service sans que l’équipe ne m’en informe, et un accueil peu agréable — on a presque l’impression de déranger lorsqu’on demande une serviette, d’autant plus qu’aucun peignoir n’était disponible ni au spa et ni dans la chambre. Au final, l’hôtel reste convenable, mais la prestation globale manque de qualité autant dans les chambres que pour les équipements annexes, à l’exception du restaurant qui se démarque nettement."

"Overall, it was an OK stay. I wouldn’t stay more than one night. the air-conditioning isn’t a true air-conditioning, it’s clearly controlled by the hotel, and not turned on at certain times as everyone in my group had the same issues with the room and the AC. Right on 12 o’clock check out they called without one minute to spare, which just made the whole interaction of the hotel feel robotic. Other major issue with the hotel is that no Uber nor bolt will pick up from the location. The hotel could use a little bit of paint and dusting as well in the hallways."

"Decent hotel stay. You basically get a little cabin to yourself. They are clean, modern, and overall very comfortable. The lake is nice to walk around. The spa is mostly great. The dry sauna was wonderful, the hot tub/jacuzzi isn’t very hot (just warm), the hammam (steam sauna) had a funky smell. The treadmill in the mini gym was broken. There is a restaurant onsite but closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. There closests grocery stores or restaurants/cafes are about a 30 minute walk away if you don’t have a car. This is a very suburbian area. Only thing nearby is the lake you can’t swim in and a park. The main issue I had was that the WiFi did not work inside the cabin, had to stand outside or go to the reception area to use the WiFi so working on my laptop wasn’t possible. Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay."

"Hotel is decent for the price. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the airport. They have a free shuttle but only from 4am for a few hours then again at 6:30pm for a few hours. If you arrive in the in-between time, you’re stuck walking or paying 15 euros for a taxi. I suggest they have a better shuttle schedule to accommodate for all hours as people arrive all day. The WiFi is good. They have breakfast for 11 euros and a lunch service at extra cost. There’s not much around the hotel so if you don’t like the food there you’ll have to walk to the airport cafes, or eat at the NH Hotel. No irons in the room. "

"This was a wonderful hotel if you have a car. It was very far out of the city. Public transportation was difficult and limited in how close it came to the hotel."

"This hotel was in such a great location! Right by the train station and the Rhône Express. There are lots of buses and access to public transportation nearby. The staff was so welcoming and the hotel was clean and stylish! The room was small but extremely comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I would have been happy to stay longer. I would recommend it!"
