There are four bedrooms available, each with its own bathroom including shower and washbasin. Some of the bedrooms have access to a spacious, sunny balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and vast meadows. Also on the first floor is the living room with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. On the ground floor there is a spacious "Stube", which you can possibly use (together with other guests) as a dining room. This "Stube" may be used until 21:00. Maishofen is an ideal starting point for your winter holiday, as you can reach the well-known destinations of Saalbach-Hinterglemm or Zell am See in just a few minutes. If you prefer to take the ski bus, it stops practically right in front of the house in both directions. You can go cross-country skiing, hiking or sledging in the immediate vicinity. In the neighbouring hotel you have the option of booking half-board at favourable conditions on site. Der Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Unterkunft liegt 10 Autominuten von der Talstation Schönleitenbahn entfernt. Dort gibt es Skiverleih mit Depot. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt in das große und sehr abwechslungsreiche Skigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm. In ähnlicher Entfernung die Skigebiete Zell am See und Kaprun. Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk onthaald door de eigenares, die op het gelijkvloers woont. We kregen meteen een hartelijke rondleiding in het huis. Wij konden over de eerste verdieping beschikking. Voor het avondeten was er een stube, typisch Oostenrijkse ruimte, voorzien. Ook na 21.00 uur konden we hier onze gezelschapsspelletjes verder spelen. De kamers en sanitair waren zeer net en proper. De keuken beschikt over het nodige materiaal. De aanwezigheid van een tepannyaki plaat bezorgde ons een extra heerlijke culinaire avond. Bij de huisbazin kon je steeds terecht met je vragen en zij stond steeds paraat. In hotel Victoria, aan de overkant van de straat, kan je aan een gunsttarief een heerlijke drie gangenmenu krijgen. De gondels van zell am see liggen op 5 minuten rijden van appartement Sinnlehen, op 20 minuten ben je aan de gondels van Kitsteinhorn (Kaprun). In het dorpje Maishofen is een bakker waar je elke morgen verse pistolets kan halen. Voor ons was dit weer een toplocatie. De ontbijtzaal beneden die nu niet gebruikt wordt, zou na een verbouwing een hele goede ruime eetkamer met keuken kunnen worden. Dan beter voor groepen groter dan 6 personen . Some of the furniture (like beds in some of the rooms) have been upgraded. Since there is no mention about what is included in the kitchen, I was woried thinks my be missing. Well, I was worried for nothing since they had equipped it with everything one would expect. And finally, the views from each of the rooms, and even from the Kitchen was awesome. Benodigde apparatuur als vaatwasser, magnetron, oven zijn aanwezig. De ruimte in de keuken is wel beperkt: de tafel en stoelen, de koelkast, de keukenbenodigdheden (bestek, borden, mokken e.d) zijn niet berekend op 9 personen. De kamers zijn goed en ruim. De bedden matig. 1 kamer heeft een boxspring. Dat bed is wel prima. Erg handig dat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen douche heeft. Deze is prima. Rondom is een balkon waar tot groot deel van de dag de zon op schijnt. De stubbe beneden is wel handig voor zoveel mensen. Maar mis hier een koelkast voor het drinken.
