When we arrived our rooms were not ready. Cleo at the front desk was so accommodating and had the best customer service!! She went above and beyond to help us get settled into our rooms. Great attitude and a true professional! Holiday Inn Express is lucky to have such an employee!

The room exceeded my expectations. There was a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and came stocked with plates, cups, cooking and eating utensils. There were plenty of comfortable pillows and the bed was comfortable. Although there was a small worn spot on the carpet, I didn't even notice it until we were packing up to leave. Check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was very nice. When we called the front desk the next morning to request a late check-out, we were told it wouldn't be an issued and let them know if we needed anything at all. Based on the price I paid, I expected something much less / not as nice. I was very pleased and if the opportunity arises to visit the area again, this will definitely be my "go to" place. I wish I could have stayed longer this time!
