Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

"A really lovely hotel for our family of four. Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, table football and games available. The slide in reception was a nice addition. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay."
