First the staff is great. The property as a whole is good. But it’s when yiu start getting into the little details you start to get disappointed. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were also cigarette butts left on the balcony. The staff came and cleaned up the balcony and gave me air freshener for the smell. The property overall is in decent condition but there where things I noticed could use some attention. There’s a sign by the elevator suggesting you take the stairs to save energy so I did. In some stairwells the lights didn’t come on even though they’re operated my motion sensor. Makes it creepy at night and unsafe. But the rooftop pool, speechless. The staff says the sunset views are amazing from there and I believe it. We couldn’t get the weather to cooperate during my trip so we never got to witness it. Of course that’s through no fault of the hotel. But I can imagine how gorgeous it must be. Also this property is pretty well situated away from the main area so if quiet is your thing you’ve got a winner.
