"A historic hotel set within the most stunning of surroundings. Friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable, dining in the main restaurant was somewhat disappointing however."

"The room was large, even with a kids bed in it. Pool was ok but changing rooms and general decor were a little bit “old school”. Free mini-bar included 1 bottle of milk and a Diet Coke; plenty of snacks but no alcoholic drinks in the mini bar."

Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor...
