This 1bd/1bath home is the perfect spot to escape and relax. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and picturesque views over rolling fields. A country feel, yet minutes away from everything Lake Norman has to offer! Less than 5 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes away from several breweries and the new DuGaren Vineyards. Easy access to downtown Charlotte and it's many attractions. Less than 15 minutes away from the new Mountain Creek Park boasting almost 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. Within 10 minutes of several Marinas offering boat, jet ski, and paddle board rentals. This spot truly has the best of both worlds. Escape from the hustle & bustle and just relax in the country setting, get out & bike, hike, boat or eat, drink and play. The option is yours at the Cozy Sunset Cottage.

It's important to note when booking this home that there are two additional short-term rentals on the property. There is a shared driveway and the laundry facility is also shared with one of the rentals. Due to the property grounds being shared, there is the potential possibility for noise. Although we've never run into any issues, we just like to mention it. And as your hosts we are committed to maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
