"There is ongoing work to improve the hotel. The pool is round the back but didn't use it. Breakfast was good. It was quiet season so think we were the only ones staying so unfair to judge too harshly. There was a wasp nest a few metres from the room but didn't worry us as it is Sri Lanka after all. Staff were very friendly. "

Wir mussten zweimal darauf aufmerksam machen, bis diese nachhaltig entfernt wurden. "Parfait ! Tout est parfait, la location, les repas, le staff et mention spécial au propriétaire qui nous a donnait pleins de conseils, d’endroit à tester, il nous a arrangeait un safari, le transport et … nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons changer nos plans pour y revenir durant notre séjour. La location est parfait à 2mn en scooter de tout, en étant dans un endroit calme avec piscine et en bord de mère. Encore merci pour tout. "

"I did not have a great stay here, because of the hotel and hotels.com. First off, let me say that the hotel and rooms are ok, the breakfast is good, and the location is great (in the middle of the main business area and your back door goes right to the beach). BUT this makes it very difficult for light sleepers, which I am. I thought the beach would have a calming sound, but during high season the waves sound like a thunderstorm right outside your back door. And fishermen are parked right behind...

A local has told us that the Indian company that owns the hotel has not paid the local staff wages and they have been forced to leave.
