The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well.
