The lobby is so big and spacious and elegant and smells so good, bedroom is in top showroom condition, buffet breakfast is perfect. The hotel premises is bright, shiny and clean.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our room and bathroom were awesome! Staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is not easy as it is in a main square. Used the valet which was not cheap.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place.
A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet.
Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.
