Clean and spotless room. Home from home, with friendly and helpful staff. The new owner has started making positive changes to the hotel. Excellent choice for a stay in Cwmbran.

Nice hotel, great quality breakfast with cooked on demand options as well as buffet. Really Enjoyed the egg hollandaise on GF bread. The shower went from boiling hot to cold every few seconds which was not pleasant. And the 1st floor bedrooms came with a large shared terrace/ roof top and we were woken up by a child out on the terrace singing early morning. I wouldn’t stay on the 1st floor again but overall good hotel and good location.
