"People sleeping on their car in the parking lot, room had stains on the ceilings and walls, lots of little bugs flying around, the guy at the front who checked me in did not mention anything about free breakfast. He must have noticed how tired I was and how I mentioned I needed sleep so he put me on the freeway side where it was super noisy. The bed wasn’t bad tho."

"We stayed at this hotel last year for a dance competition and we were very happy with it. However, this year, not so much and don’t think we will be returning to this hotel. In just a year, it seemed very rundown and not kept up. When we walked into the lobby, it was stifling and very hot! First, upon check-in waited while the attendant was on the phone for a considerable amount of time before being able to check in. Then received keys to our room and confusing directions, had to walk back up to the front and asked for better directions being unable to find the room at all the numbers didn’t match! Even with somebody showing us to the room, we were directed to the wrong room. Keys did not work. After we had to go back up to the front again we received new keys to a different room on the other side of the hotel. Once entering that room, very disappointed, it was in need of updating. We had an accessible room because my daughter is an amputee. The accessible shower was pretty good except for very slippery!. We were there for three days for the competition. On the second day the key stopped working again. We had to go back up to the front to get New keys, one more time! In general, the front desk did not seem organized. Other staff seem to be friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. Again, I will not be staying there again and will look for another hotel next year."

"Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The bartender/waitress at the restaurant was fun and attentive. We enjoyed our night’s stay at that particular Doubletree."

"Everyone at the desk when we checked in was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The lobby was spotless and so was our room. Everything in our room worked and the A/C kept us comfortable. Checking out was a breeze and the Security Officer made us feel safe. The breakfast was ample with enough of a variety to accommodate everyone. We will definitely stay with them again and wholeheartedly recommend them."
