Outside, you will find a well maintained large garden, children's play equipment, and a private pool for moments of relaxation and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from the lake and all the main attractions of Ticino. At the entrance of the property, there is a mailbox and, inside it, a self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in box, and you will be provided with all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible views, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday. Bed and bath linen is available for rent at an additional cost of 15 CHF per guest. We provide professional, Swiss quality linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in line with Swiss standards. By choosing our linen, you can enjoy a warm, welcoming environment with attention to every detail, for an even more relaxing and enjoyable stay.
