We have stayed at this excellent property before. The property suited our needs and is situated in an excellent location for us.
The owner is fantastic, warm and very welcoming.
Not much to say except: Thank you! Excellent accomodation for a family of six, including all the necessary (and a lot of not strictly necessary) amenities. Lovely hosts.
A very spacious farm-like house, comfortable and well equipped. The owners make you feel very welcome. Conveniently close to moterway and station, but still very rural setting.
We have stayed before and often return as it is central to several resorts.
The place is always very clean and warm!
It has everything we need.
We like it because it is quiet ans spacious.

Well equipped property with lots of room. The furniture and decoration are well chosen to match the character of the building.
With thick stone walls the temperature remained pleasantly cool even when it was too hot to sit outside.
Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and we would love to return another time.
If you're looking for the perfect place to stay to make your time in the French Alps extra special, look no further! The home is just as described, meticulously clean, very well appointed, and the view from the patio garden is spectacular. We tend to cook a lot of our meals at home so we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The house is tucked up in the hillside for ultimate peace and quiet yet it's just a short drive to the main roads to easily access Chamonix, Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval, or Samoeans. Truly the perfect location and the best of both worlds. Sylviane and Denis are exceptionally warm, welcoming hosts. We had some personal issues come up during our stay and they genuinely went above and beyond to help us during some challenging days. We highly recommend staying here with some very kind hosts!
Wirklich freundliche und liebenswerte Vermieter. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, das Haus alt, aber schön, sowie rustikal und funktionell hergerichtet. Es bietet wirklich viel Platz.Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Ich war dort mit vier Kindern zwischen 5 und 13. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind herrlich, umgeben von hohen Bergen und trotzdem sonnig. Die Kinder konnten drinnen und draußen spielen, ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Vermieter, das Ehepaar Boccard, sind sehr aufmerksam und großzügig. Une magnifique location ! J’y suis allé avec quatre enfants âgés de 5 à 13 ans. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse et le jardin sont superbes, entourés de hautes montagnes et pourtant ensoleillés. Les enfants pouvaient jouer dedans comme dehors sans déranger personne. Les propriétaires, le couple Boccard, sont très attentionnés et généreux.

Le logement était très bien, ce qu’il faut point de vue équipement. Literie très bien ( un peu juste pour le lit double pour les grands). L’accès aux commerces et aux activités proche, on a pas du faire énormément de km sur place pour être en dépaysement complet. Propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. Juste petit bémol, à l’extérieure on entend de façon continue la route en contrebas, mais dans la maison rien.
Beau village de Magland et très belle région qui est magnifique. Proche de Chamonix, Annecy, Morzine, Genève, Abondance, Thonon-les-Bains, Evians-les-Bains, proche de la Suisse et beaucoup de village/station à visiter. Nous avons passés d excellentes vacances ensoleillée. Nous recommandons vivement. Des hôtes très accueillant et très gentil.
Sylviane et Denis sont des hôtes accueillantes.Le petit présent de bienvenue fut très apprécié.Leure logement est spacieux, confortable et très propre.Il est très bien équipé et très bien chauffé ( 1ere semaine de mars). Rien ne manque. Le village de Magland est bien situé. Il se trouve à environ 30 mn des stations de ski ( plateau d Agy, massif de la Flaine) et de Chamonix.Séjour comblé grâce, également au lumineux soleil durant notre semaine.Louez chez Sylviane et Denis, les yeux fermés A
Communication rapide, personne très à l écoute.Accueil chaleureux.Chouette endroit au calme, avec beaucoup d espace. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour.Merci pour tout.
Après un accueil chaleureux et visite détaillée de la location et du cadeau de bienvenue offert par les propriétaires, ous nous installons dans cette immense demeure certe, un peu dépaysante mais vite adoptée de par sa fonctionnalité et de la diversité de ses équipements. Située non loin du village doté de commerçants de premières nécessités et d'un supermarché à quelques Kms, le ravitaillement est facilement accessible. Hormis la marche, de nombreux lacs à proximité, permettent baignade et pêche pour la saison d'été. En résumé, pour notre part, excellent séjour approuvé aussi par nos petits enfants !
