Welcomed with iron maiden music in the foyer ready for the concert. Not far from Heinz von Heiden which was great for us after seeing iron maiden. Great rooms, very central. Helpful staff. Excellent stay.

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. ..."
