The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu.
If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience in Lekki, remember to stay at Lilygate.

The lake view was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff—especially the front desk—provided outstanding customer service, which made the experience even better.
However, I do have one concern: management should ensure that employees respect guests’ privacy. Guests should feel comfortable and secure, without worrying about being watched or monitored for personal gain.

This was a very clean, calm and inviting space to spend my vacation. It was elegant but not gaudy. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my needs. I felt very well taken care of there. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

This is the worst hotel i have ever lodged. Very arrogant staffs, the worst is the restaurant. What i said here was my experience in that hotel. My 2 nights in that will never repeat itself again. I regretted lodging in that hotel, just was wasted my money.
