2 week family break

Lovely property, ideal for a dog as all enclosed. Great pool area for relaxing, reading and swimming. Magalas about 10 min drive has supermarket, boulangerie and bar, added bonus a railway station for trips to Beziers, Carcassonne and Montpelier. Canyoning was available about 45 mins away. The scenary is breath taking. There are some lovely walks near by up into the hills. Celine and Hubert were great if we had any problems they sorted them straight away. Property is well equipped for all your needs.We paid extra for bedding and sheets so we didnt have to add to our luggage. Would recommend the property.

Disaster start to finish

So the property was filthy. Brown stained toilets dirty pool and although “ dog friendly” there was rat poison left where my dog could eat it. Which she did, expensive trip to vets and nearly came home without my beloved dog. We all got sick two days into our different stays and the owner did not apologise or take responsibility. Much photo and video evidence gathered happy to post. Come on Vrbo sort it out

Superbe sejour

Super accueil de Celine, tres arrangeante concernant les heures d arrivee et de départ. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Maison tres spacieuse, chaque ado avait son espace, c'était top. A proximité du canal du midi pour faire du bateau, de l Orb pour faire du Canoe, de Valras et du Cap d Agde pour les balades au coucher du soleil, la semaine est passée trop vite!!!!!

Agréable et paisible

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine mes ami.e.s et moi-même dans ce Mas plein de charme avec cette grande piscine très agréable. Céline et Hubert sont très sympathique, nous avons pu visiter les caves et faire des dégustation de vins. Les environs sont paisible et agréable. Nous avons pu faire du canoë, visiter une ferme de chèvres sur les conseils de Céline et Hubert et lézarder au bord de la piscine. Rien à dire de ce côté là. Le petits couacs, c’est la propreté. Le ménage devrait être mieux fait, les serviettes de bains étaient tachées et nous n’avions pas de tapis de bains pour les sorties de douches alors que nous avions pris en plus le linges de maison et les serviettes de bains. L’électroménager est vieux et ne fonctionne pas bien (lave-vaisselle) ce qui est embêtant quand on est 7 et la partie congélateur du grand frigo qui ne ferme pas (j’ai du trouver une astuces avec des épingles à linges). Ils méritent d’être remplacer pour le confort des locataires saisonniers. Sinon mise à part ça tout était super 👍 Je recommande cette jolie maison ainsi que Céline et Hubert qui sont charmants.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Céline : la location est conforme à l’annonce, nous sommes en totale indépendance dans ce magnifique domaine avec la piscine pour nous seuls. Nous avons pu profiter sereinement et au calme de nos vacances tout en visitant le secteur et les activités proposées et recommandées par Céline ! Maison accueillante et pleine de charme

Région agréable et pleine de lieux à découvrir. Nous avons profité du coin piscine où nous avons pris nos repas et passé de bons moments de détente. Nous avons dégusté les vins produits par nos hôtes et apprécié leurs conseils et leurs attentions. Nous avons également pu profité de leur convivialité et de leur discrétion durant notre séjour. Gesamteindruck Ferienhaus in Magalas

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht und sympathisch! Das Haus ist alt und eigentlich recht nett, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit doch sehr zu wünschen übrig; hier müsste die femme de ménage mal sehr gründlich durchgehen und auch die Schränke innen nicht vergessen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, wir hätten uns lediglich bequeme Liegen statt der einfachen Liegestühle gewünscht. Die Lage des Anwesens ist extrem ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen.

Schöner Urlaub in den Weinbergen

Schönes altes Landhaus. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erbaut. Tolle Lage inmitten von Weinfeldern unweit von Schlössern und Burgen. Schöner kleiner Privatpool zum Abkühlen. Der Bruder der Vermieterin hat uns den Weinbau näher gebracht und sich sehr unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Einzige Kritik: die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz optimal.

Très bon séjour, belles prestations

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est telle que sur l'annonce. Famille de 7 et nous n'étions pas les "uns sur les autres", de beaux volumes et chacun peut s'isoler lorsqu'il en a besoin. Très calme, villa au milieu des vignes, agréable pour le footing du matin et les promenades "digestives". Même pas à une demi-heure de Béziers ce qui est un plus pour d'éventuelles visites ou participation à la Féria. Magasin et station-service à 10 minutes ouvert le dimanche, ce qui est bien lorsque nous arrivons le samedi pour remplir le frigo. Beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et petite attention fort agréable à notre arrivée sous la chaleur, il y avait de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo !!! Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que cela soit parfaitement clôturer pour notre chienne. Nous conseillons cette location. Merci à Céline

Mooie ligging, authentiek huis met zwembad

We verbleven met 8 personen in dit authentieke huis met zwembad. Heel centraal gelegen in de wijngaarden tussen de zee en de bergen. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Enige bemerking zou de netheid kunnen zijn. Toch een echte aanrader voor wie wil genieten van de rust.

Schock und Ernüchterung bei Einzug in das Ferienhaus nach 13 Std. Autofahrt..

Leider müssen wir uns der vorherigen Rezension anschließen diese sogar noch verschärfen. Das Grundstück war nicht gepflegt, alle zimmer waren dreckig. Dies betrifft ebenfalls die sogenannten Badezimmer. Ungeziefer in den Töpfen, alte Wäsche unterm Sofa, der Pool war dreckig. Die Poolliegen und Stühle teilweise kaputt sowie die Auflagen komplett verdreckt. In der Mikrowelle klebten Essensreste und Haare. Die KaffeMasch. war kaputt bzw. nicht vorhanden, der Grill unbrauchbar. Beides haben wir kaufen müssen. Wir monierten den Zustand bereits bei Ankunft .Waren nahezu geschockt und haben dies der Vermieterin auch deutlich zu verstehen gegeben. Sie gab an nichts dafür zu können, die Putzfrau sei erkrankt gewesen. Alle Klärungsversuche blieben leider fruchtlos und führten zu keiner Verbesserung der Ausgangslage. Alle weiteren Vorgänge und relevante Geschehnisse hier zu dokumentieren würden den Rahmen sprengen und macht keinen Sinn. So bleibt nur zu sagen dass wir keine Empfehlung für die Immobilie aussprechen können.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé 8 jours au calme avec de belles visites des alentours, des vignes et des petits villages. Le logement est traditionnel avec le chic de l’ancien. La piscine est exclusive. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et accueillant, même une dégustation de leur vins étaient organisés. Merci encore ! Une chose à changer c’était l’entretien de la piscine.

Ein schöner Urlaub, aber..

Es fällt mir sehr schwer eine treffende Bewertung zu schreiben. Insgesamt haben sich die bisherigen Bewertungen anderer Urlauber bestätigt. Sowohl im Positiven, als auch im Negativen. Céline ist unglaublich nett, der Kontakt war echt super. Auch die Lager ist wundervoll. Abgelegen, schöne Gegend, top. Das Haus an sich hat auch ein paar Überraschungen parat. So war der auf den Bildern zu sehende Hof nur für uns und der Pool wirklich von niemandem einsehbar (Es gibt wohl noch eine weitere Wohnung, wird aber aktuell von nicht vermietet). Es haben sich aber auch die negativen Bewertungen zum Thema Ausstattung und Sauberkeit bewahrheitet. Das war schon recht grenzwertig. Es ist ein altes Haus, da sind ein paar Spinnen an der Decke ok. Aber wo wir überall Spinnweben hatten war dann doch etwas viel. Der Einrichtung merkt man das Alter doch an. Alles wackelt :-) Ein paar Abstriche muss man hier machen. Alles in allem war es aber dennoch ein schöner Urlaub. Es ist aber ein wenig schade, denn man könnte aus diesem schönen Objekt mit wenig Aufwand noch viel mehr machen.

Wunderschönes Farmhaus mit Pool inmitten von Weinbergen

Wir haben 2 traumhafte Wochen in der Domaine St Martin verbracht. Sternenklare Nächte, absolute Stille, sehr komfortable Betten, große und kühle Räume. Celine ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und alle Fragen wurden sowohl im Vorfeld (virusbedingt) als auch vor Ort problemlos geklärt. Das Farmhaus ist sehr geräumig mit tollem Pool und schönen Außensitzplätzen. Die Morgenspaziergänge zum Baecker waren paradiesisch. Wir kommen seit 9 Jahren in diese Gegend Frankreichs und St Martin ist ein guter Ausgangsplatz für Ausflüge aller Art und zu den vielen Stränden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die vielen Spinnennetze im Haus und die Hundertfüßer, die uns ab und zu besuchen kamen...aber ich denke, das ist so, wenn man auf dem Land wohnt:))>

Vineyard relaxation!

We stayed in this property for two weeks. We had bedding and towels provided, and its a gorgeous, rustic French house and pool area. The vineyards are lovely and quiet - perfect for relaxing. It is quite remote so a car is a must if you want to exlpore the surrounding towns. About an hours drive from Montpellier.

Einmalige Lage, geeignet für große Familien

Das Objekt ist wunderbar inmitten von Weinbergen gelegen und Bestandteil eines Weingutes, aber völlig eigenständig und (gut für Hunde und Kleinkinder) komplett eingefriedet. Pool ist groß, mit reichlich Sonne und Schatten versehen und liegt in einem separaten Innenhof, der geschlissen werden kein, somit Sicherheit für Kleinkinder. Betten (teilweise eher kurz) und Einrichtung sind landestypisch und geschmackvoll. Die Vermieterin spricht französisch und etwas englisch und ist sehr bemüht, zugleich aber dezent und nicht aufdringlich. Übrigens: Der Rotwein, der im Weingut produziert wird, ist ausgezeichnet. Eine Führung durch die Kellerei wird auch spontan gerne organisiert.
