The royal gardens of Doi Tung showcase vibrant flowers and mountain views while the Hall of Opium museum tells the region's fascinating history. Visit the White Temple in nearby Chiang Rai city for its stunning contemporary Buddhist architecture and intricate mirror mosaics.
Very nice and cozy decoration. From our room (mountain view), we can see scenic mountain ranges and lovely Aka village on the hills. Staffs have great service minds and are polite. Foods are also great and clean. Nice atmosphere overall. This resort is located near Doi Tung palace so it is very convenient to visit the nearby attractions.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend. The bungalows are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, a true Thai paradises. All run by a family who are just amazing, they have excellent suggestions for food and places to visit, the breakfast was outstanding true home cooked Thai food and some of the best we had in Thailand! Great base for exploring Chiang rai province, 20 mins into the city and then easy access into the countryside for day trips -...

All suite rooms, very large and comfy bed. Bathroom fittings a little tired, but all very grand. Hotel is remote, so nice for a peaceful getaway. Used heated outdoor pool / jacuzzi which was lovely on a slightly cooler day in the mountains. Breathtaking distant mountain views and excellent staff.
Restaurant is only viable option for dinner given location, which was also excellent with good selection of food and drinks.

The Mora Boutique is an exceptionally good hotel. The rooms are immaculately clean with all the amenities and minibar to make the stay enjoyable.. The staff are extremely helpful and always smiling, a special shout out to Fon who was always so cheerful and ready to give tips on Chiang Rai, and to chat. The quality and choices of breakfast was superb. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
