A few steps from the Retiro park, is perfect for exercise conscious clients and runners who want to keep training. A spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in one of Madrid’s most privileged areas, located on the first but high floor, the windows views over an interior and wide courtyard mean that the apartment is so quiet and the interior is flooded with natural light for much of the day. Decorated in a fresh style with wood laminate flooring and light colors. You enter into a hall that leading to the living and dining area, to the right there’s a fully equipped kitchen, to the left a toilette. The living area has a three seater sofa and an armchair, a desk, a flat TV and a dining table for 4 seats. In the other side of the apartment, from the living area, is located a spacious and bright bedroom with a queen sized bed (1,50 x 2,00m), a wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom in marble with bathtub and shower.
