En mi caso especifiqué varias veces que iba por trabajo y que estaría allí en el piso trabajando. Cuando llegué habian hecho obra y segun ellos mismos me dijeron, no revisaron que estuviera limpio, a pesar de que mi reserva era para 8 dias inicialmente. La cisterna no tira bien y por tanto me encontre el papel higienico imagino que de quien habia hecho la reforma. Habia restos de silicona y pintura hasta en la vitrocerámica. El piso no es especialmente silencioso porque está en el centro con un pub MUY ruidoso abajo y no tiene ventanas que aíslen, amén de que las paredes y la puerta son muy finas y se oye todo (e imagino que ellos a mi tambien, que debe ser molesto porque trabajo desde las 8am con el telefono y el portatil). Por otra parte tengo que decir que la persona con la que hable por whatsapp y telefóno era encantador, me contestaban siempre rapidisimo y por el incidente de la limpieza, me descontaron 15€, que me pareció poco teniendo en cuenta que finalmente me tuve que quedar más días, pagando mas por el ultimo por ser fin de semana, y a esas alturas Madrid estaba imposible de alojamiento. Repetiría si fuera de turismo o vacaciones sabiendo que no me suele costar dormir si estoy de ocio, no por trabajo, y decepción enorme tener que limpiarme yo el piso después de llegar de 6 horas de viaje.
