We have a beautiful home in a residential new renovated, with a large kitchen and dining room Also at large, and a little terrace over the swimming pool and the garden, everything works perfect.
You will stay at your own home, with any noises, and security 24h.

We Have enough beds to Accommodate 6 people, 1 queen double bed main bedroom + ensuite bath, 3 bunk beds in second bedroom, 2 single bed in studio.
High speed fiber optic wifi (100Mbps), double windows to keep perfect heating, Central Air conditioning in all the rooms, Large Hi Def TV, Wii and Playstation for entertaiment, enjoy all amenities for at home.

Beautiful spacious well equipped and decorated apt with fully supplied kitchen (plates pots soap towels) fast WiFi and nice tv w cable. Extremely clean and well kept. Very responsive and helpful host. Well functioning washer/dryer. Comfortable cozy beds. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. 2 blocks to supermarket and convenience store. With no traffic 25min to city of madrid 20euro by uber. This is a top notch apartment rental.

Great place for familes

Pablo was very responsive to anything we needed. The flat was great/safe location with grocery store and restaurant close. I would recommend this flat to my friends.

Our stay in Madrid was perfect. The appartment was very convenient due to the proximity of highways. As we were with children, the swimming-pool and the padel field were very very useful. After visits during the hot summer days, the AC of the appartment was really appreciated. Everything was neat and perfect. Very good stay.

Home away from home

We spent a month traveling thorough out Spain and we rented Pablo's apartment as home base. Of the four weeks we spent two weeks doing day trips from Madrid. After a long day of exploring it was a relief to come back to the apartment for our kids to have friends to hangout with at the community pool. Their little community is quite welcoming and safe. It's a gated community with a guard and all the kids roam freely throughly the grounds. The pictures of the unit are as listed and Pablo and his wife were very kind. They gave us a tour of all the places in the area.

Prima! Appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Het zou nog fijner zijn als de derde slaapkamer geen stapelbed had maar een gewoon bed. Zwembad is prettig. Buurt prima. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand.

We stayed at this property for about 10 days and I can only say great things about it. Pablo is a great host and he really takes pride in having excellent accommodations. The first thing that amazed me was the cleanliness of the apartment. I have stayed at many high end hotels and I always find dust or spots that can use more cleaning but this apartment is spotless! . The apartment is in a neighbourhood that is very safe and quiet is very roomy and it has a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a breakfast area and a living room with a huge tv. My kids enjoyed this apartment so much that they mentioned that it felt like home to them and when we got to our hotel in Paris they kept saying how much they missed the apartment in Madrid. Oh and did I mention that it has 2 full bathrooms and wifi ?. In addition, it also comes with underground parking. My family really enjoyed our time in Pablo's apartment and we look forward to the next trip to Madrid as this apartment is now our oficial home in Madrid

Bel appartement à proximité de Madrid

Séjour de 10 jours à Majadahonda pour une famille de 5 personnes. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre, bien agencé. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, belle salle de bain, très bon réseau wi-fi. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec un concierge présent toute la journée. Grande piscine extérieure, bien entendu fermée lors de notre séjour en novembre. Majadahonda est à 15 min du centre de Madrid en train, mais l’idéal est tout de même d’avoir une voiture (garage couvert assez étroit) Sation service à 5 min à pied où on peut trouver du pain frais à toute heure et 7 jours sur 7. Très bonne communication avec Pablo le propriétaire. En résumé, un très bon séjour, location à recommander !

Para sentirse como en casa

Hemos estado 1 semana en el piso de Pablo y ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo, muy bien ubicado y es casi como si estuvieras en tu casa, tienes todo allí y disponible desde la cocina, la cual está muy bien equipada, hasta los dormitorios con ropa de cama, baños con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Pablo me ayudo desde el inicio con toda la información que le pedí, inclusive con instrucciones de como usar el transporte público y estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. El último día le pedí a Pablo un libro prestado, que mi esposa lo había empezado a leer y simplemente nos lo regalo. Todos estos son detalles que hacen la estadía allí muy amena.

Nuestro segundo hogar en Madrid......

Nuestra estancia de tres meses en Majadahonda ha sido inmejorable. Hemos tenido a nuestro disposición los mejores servicios dentro de la vivienda y un excelente apoyo por parte Pablo y su familia. La vivienda está situada de forma estratégica para acceder a todos los servicios que requiere cualquier familia para vivir cómodamente tales como: transporte público, hospitales, centros de salud, centros comerciales, restaurantes, colegios, gimnasios y zonas de esparcimiento. Sin dudar, volveríamos a elegir vivir en esta residencia….. Altamente recomendable. Se sentirán como en casa.

Nice stay in tastefully decorated apartment

We had a very nice stay at Pablo's apartment in Majadahonda. The apartment is in a gated community in a nice residential area, well connected to the highways that go to Madrid and very near a well stocked supermarket. The community has a nice (if a bit small) swimming pool and a children play area. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and has everything to make you feel at home. While it's not very big, the spaces are well organized and we felt very comfortable from the start (we were 3 adults and 3 children, including one baby). Pablo did a very good job as a host: he joined us at the apartment shortly after we arrived, explained how everything worked and kept in touch during our stay to make sure that everything went fine. The apartment had all the essentials we needed (towels, kitchenware, ...) so it was easy to settle down. Overall, very good experience. If we go back to Madrid, we'll certainly consider staying in this apartment again.

A very relaxing week in Madrid

We greatly enjoyed our week in Pablo's appartment. It is a very Nice place, fully featured, and comfortably fit our family with four kids. Majadahonda is a Nice place to live, quiet and safe, but a quick drive to the centre of Madrid, local attractions (zoo, auqapolis) and historical cities like Toledo and Segovia, or the nature around El Pardo, for example. Good communication with Pablo, conciërge on the premies. Indoor parking and cool even with 35 degrees outside temperatures.
