Two bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor and access via a spiral staircase. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed and a 50” Smart TV. With a fully equipped American-style kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. Wifi, heating and air conditioning. Excellent location very close to Calle Bravo Murillo. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything that the capital of Madrid can offer. Metro Tetuán Line 1 direct to (Malasaña) Bilbao – Tribunal – (Center) Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol - Lavapiés - Atocha - Perfect location to get to know Madrid and very close to the AZCA business area, Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza Cuzco, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the commercial Calle Orense. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Access to the rooms is via a spiral staircase as shown in the photographs. These stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Reservations of up to 8 people, including adults and children, are accepted. Guests must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers. The living room has a 50 smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8... There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board. In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi (high speed at 300 Mbps), heating and air conditioning in all rooms. During your stay you will be provided with towels and bed linen (duvets + sheets-duvet covers) The house is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and with a strategic location next to the Tetuán metro (line 1- Blue). Easy and comfortable access by public transport. Travel times: 10-15 min. to the Center (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol...) or Malasaña (Bilbao, Tribunal…) – Direct connection with the blue metro line 1 9-10 min. Uber/Taxi to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium 3-4 min. Uber/Taxi to Calle Orense 6-7 min. Uber/Taxi Plaza Castilla, Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza de Cuzco and Cuatro Caminos metro. In Cuatro Caminos there are connections with metro lines 1 (blue), 2 (red) and 6 (grey). And a city bus station on the surface that allows us to get to any area of ​​Madrid. 3-4 min. Con lo que respecta a la entrada, el edificio parece una guarderia y se veia de baja calidad. El apartamento es muy lindo por dentro pero por fuera no es como las fotos y es un angosto y cuesta mucho entrar al baño. Solo hay 2 cuartos que no tiene nada de comodidades, es muy limitado todo, no hay cobijas, colchones, almohadas, toallas extras. No hay nada de comodidades para descansar. No dejaron instrucciones de la calefaccion y pasamos mucho frio. El apartamento no esta bien equipado, mi papa tuvo que dormir en el piso con las almohadas del sofa cama y una sabana encima con mucho frio. Todos pasamos una noche terrible. En teoria la publicacion dice que es es para "10 personas" pero el apartamento es tan pequeño que no pudimos subir las maletas al piso superior, el sofa cama es incomodo y es para 1 persona y solo hay 2 camas matrimoniales.
