"The lady I spoke with when I checked in on Sunday, not sure of her name, but it was about 7:30-8pm. She has NO customer service skills. Did not greet us when we wlaked up to the counter. When I asked her a question, she seemed annoyed. This is not who I would want speaking ro my guests if I was the manager. When I checked out Wednesday morning, around 8am, she was lovely. Very friendly, answered my questions, and was helpful. The room we stayed in was nice, but the barhroom door didn't close properly and we were unable to lock it. The train wasn't as much of an issue as I thought it would be, but I did hear it most of the days I was there."
