"The room had a cat urine smell. I was told by the front desk that pets, other than service animals, were not allowed. However. people sneak in their pets. and they have been told before that there is a cat urine smell. After we checked out of the hotel they were going to steam the carpet to help with the odor.
Also, the one and only computer was not working very good. Apparently, someone had changed the password and no one knew how to change it back. Also, someone would turn off the computer and only the maintenance man knew how to turn it back on.
However, a bright spot was the lady in the dining area . She made good food and was quick to replenish any empty or about to be empty containers. She was very nice and happy to do a good job for the people at the hotel. Also, she kept everything clean"
