"It's a place to sleep. The staff are not very professional. Our room had been booked for months and we didn't even get there to check in until 6pm as we drove 5 hours. Our room wasn't ready. They just then put sheets on, which I guess it's good they were clean. They didn't vacuum and there was food ..."
