My family spent a week at the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right on the water, with amazing views. It's a particularly good location for families with little kids (we have a four year old) because the beach is right out the door and you never have to get in the car. The beach itself is nice, filled with shells, and always empty. Many days we were the only people, other than a dog walker or two. The house is nice, clean, and well stocked. We had two small kids, my wife and I, and three grandparents staying at the same time, and we were comfortable. The property is beautiful and the ocean is visible from everywhere. The owner is extremely easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and great for taking walks. Madison and its large Stop & Shop is eight minutes away, and Guilford is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. We were very happy with our choice and would rent this houe again. ##### michael f.
