The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!
Guest Access:
Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!
Getting Around:
Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

What you see is what you get here. There are no fancy decor pieces .. but it is functional. The bathroom is a great size and having laundry is a huge plus. Kitchen had everything I needed and things were in good shape.
Location in downtown Sun PRairie is really convenient to get into Madison.
Bed was comfortable.
The closet is a large walk in closet but there are no drawers or shelves to unpack so you have get creative or live out of your suitcase for some things.
The area is quiet with close coffee shops and good pizza.
I booked this VRBO for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I particularly liked the large kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. This unit is a studio, so the bed is in the living room area. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have had a king-size bed and a regular-sized sofa couch.
The queen bed was small and had a built-in privacy board on one side of the bed. It was not comfortable for me and my husband.
The apartment is in downtown Sun Prairie and near several nice restaurants within walking distance. Chris was responsive to all of my emails and questions and was able to allow me to extend my initial booking for an additional week.
Chris was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to
our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were clear and helpful. The house was
clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a
wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Beware
The nightly rate jumped by 91% when we changed the number of nights seven weeks prior to our stay. This unit is worth paying hotel rates for. Clean but not much comfort and be sure to bring eye coverings for sleep because of inadequate window coverings that don't block out intense night time lights. Staying in this unit has the feel of living in a retail store.
Upon arrival we found that this property was totally unacceptable for our needs. Entry was dirty, that was terrible. The place was more like a barn than a place we would consider staying.
Contacted property owner and he of course went silent. Contacted VRBO and was treated rudely by the representative. (Check the recording. )We did not stay there one minute and demand a refund!
