The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. The only 2 issues i had were that the tv didn't work, only the menu page loaded but no channels and i tried having a hot bath, but there was no hot water. Either than that, the hotel is great. Would definitely recommend it." The apartment is separate to the building in the photo. There was no internet , you had to go to the main building for this . As well as being a lovely, clean and enjoyable place to stay, the staff were what made it for us. Everyone from the team on reception, the dinning staff to the gardeners, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all made sure we were well catered for. The staff also really showed up for us when our flights were cancelled. They went above and beyond to help us find alternative routes home and made sure to keep rooms for us in case our flights were cancelled again...which they were. Our only note would be, if you go for the All Inclusive package, confirm with the hotel that it includes everything you are expecting from the package. We decided against the All Inclusive on arrival and the hotel accommodated us and refunded that part of the bill. The hotel was great and there's lots to do around the area. Go for the experience and stay for the staff. Have a great time in Nosy Be.
