The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two.     "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities..."
