It’s a good budget friendly hotel. Great views of the pyramids, 24 hour restaurant, and please please please book your tours through them. I did the pyramid tour with them it was very personal and informative. It was a one on one tour. Only downside was is if you are facing the pyramids it is noisy outside the room. I’m not a light sleeper but at times would get annoying. Also my shower never got real hot? Not sure why but it was good all together. For the price it was good 👍

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

"1-2 hours in 4 days had suddenly no power. Couple days whole days has no WiFi. 10 minutes had no water when I was taking shower. Patio door could not close, had to find handymen to fix. Pillow cases didn’t wash. microwave door broke"

"Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food ..."
