I like the hotel, it is very good, close to the Prophet Mosque., very nice staff, very good food, and clean. I would recommend to visitors. Very nice staff and quick service

This hotel cannot be a 4 star hotel. In spite of booking a quadruple, the room was very small and congested. Value for money

Good hotel for madinah stay
The hotel was very close to haram walking distance 3 min walk, very clean and tidy room, but room size little tiny, overall I'm happy with this hotel facility and service

The hotel was good as far as the location is concerned, it was very close to Haram. The hotel staff was not up to the mark to attend the guest . we had to wait in the reception for more than 2 hours though my booking was confirmed staff said it was cancelled and NO room available. After an argument and fight with the reservation dept i was finally allotted a room. The condition of the room was very bad with no room space I had taken Triple bed room, after viewing it on the website but it was not the way we had seen on the website. Very small room no space to move around not even for praying. The bathroom roof was leaking, bidet was broken, ciggerate smell all over the room, 3 nights NO room service. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends or relatives. I would rate it as a 2 star hotel.

last minute stay. good value. doesn't compare to the nicer chain hotels at all. But it's close the al haram (very close to the women side), and it's usually 75-90 dollars a night.

This is 3 star hotel why you are promoting it as 4 stars. Not good experience at all, I booked double room but I was given room with three beds, rude dealing way of staff at reception. I asked for iron they don't have it. Wifi in the room worst ever, in the lobby it does work but very bad. Not recommended at all.

Near to Haram, 5 minutes walking distance.
overall our stay was good, staff was friendly and English speaking. Had a good time. Might stay again in the same hotel if i will have opportunity to visit the city again.

close to the Haraam shareef
Nice pleasant hotel close to the masjid Haraam BUT !! No room service I have for my seven day stay. There where no towel or bedroom cleaned. other than that nice.

Close to mosque but with Bad Service
we have decided this hotel approx. for five days. It is not very expensive and almost close to mosque. The room service and room itself was not good. Fridge was broken, as id complained about it, came handworker and start arguing me, why i have not told them earlier, so i replied, i am here to stay, not to oversee things. If i book a room, it means everything should be working, but it is not. If you like somone test and complain, then you have to pay them back. Well, the room which i got had a window but it was closed and hidden by cupboard. Because of service and room furnishing, i will not recommend anyone to stay there. If you looking for cheap and affordable accommodation which must be close to mosque, then it is quite good.

VERY NEAR TO HARAM. RECEPTION PEOPLE WAS FRIENDLY BUT PARKHOUSE PEOPLE VERY UNFRIENDLY. CLEAN BIG ROOMS. ARABIC COFFE AND DATES WAS VERY GOOD.
