WORST HOTEL EVER!!
My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer filthiness of the place, with dust accumulating in every corner, made it unbearable. To add insult to injury, the room was left uncleaned for days. Requests for an extra bed and more towels were met with refusal, whenever we asked to change room with an extra bed, they told us to speak to the manager next day. They told us that they didn’t have any other room available, which is absurd as it showed online that they indeed had the room we asked for available. They completely disregarded our wish. Begging for basic necessities like toilet paper highlighted the stinginess of the management. The absence of a shuttle bus to Al-Haram and a proper breakfast buffet further demonstrated the lack of essential services. While we received breakfast as a takeaway at our door, the overall experience was marred by the consistently rude and uncooperative staff. This hotel sets a new low in hospitality, making it an absolute regrettable choice for any traveler. Don’t book this hotel at any cost!

As it later became clear, your reservation is for two people and the arrivals are for three people..
