Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication

Communication was a huge problem and not convenient. We wanted to cancel our reservation and made numerous attempts to contact the hotel with no avail. Phone numbers are useless, and customer service that issues the access instructions has no idea about reservations. Leaks in the bathroom toilet. Overall would not recommend anyone to use this property for their stays.
