I wouldn’t go there again unless it’s free.. Condition of property from inside is rubbish. Tap falls of in shower while showering. Drain smells. Light switches broken. Electrical cable broken & taped up.. Hotel inter phone in the bathroom don’t work. TV remote doesn’t work. Kettle doesn’t work properly. No instructions for locker or any other things.. No go from me..

the elevator/lift not enough.have to wait for 10minutes.we have to climb the stairs to our room in 6th floor for several times.and the lift also open at every floor when we used to go down. ija the room also not really clean by the housekeeping.the only positive thing is only near nabawi mosque..

Housekeeping was helpful and friendly but the reception was not. Whenever u call to request iron or any other things, it takes 1 to 2 days to arrive in your room!!

Miserable stay
The only good thing is that the hotel is near prophet’s Mohamed Mosque, other wise everything was very very very bad starting from the room cleanliness, smell of the bathroom, food quality, helpfulness of the staff

Good hotel near to the woman enterance of al haram alnabawy There is free parking. Which helped a lot. The hotel facility is a bit old but ok. Check out time is very convenient ,I did after Zohr prayer. Elevator is a bit croudy before prayer time. Try to go early. Did not try the restaurant. In general it is recommended .

Very n Hotel very Close to Ladies area Very Clean
The stay was great nice hotel near Haram very close to ladies area lot of food Pakistani Restaurant near transport to Mecca we had a problem with lights the tech came in 5 minutes did not eat the food at this hotel so cannot comment front desk help was great let us stay until after Zuhar prayer over all will give this hotel 5 stars for service and location it is behind Overly Hotel

Bad experience overall
We stayed in hotel for 5 days on umrah trip. Check in was awefully slow with no english speaker at front desk. It took us 2 hrs to get a room. Pain didnt stop here, we were given room 827 which had a leak bath tub. Bath room floods in couple of hrs without being used. Housekeeping couldnt help finally got the room changed after a day. Elevators overly crowded and literally have to jump in the elevator as soon as it come else you will stand there waiting. Pros: it's close to women entrance and breakfast was decent.

Pay more or less and avoid this hotel
Rubbish WiFi I think the management should not advertise that they provide WiFi because it is a rubbish connection. During my 5 day stay half the lifts stop working. Best thing about this hotel is the location. I would pay more money to avoid this hotel.

Good Location but needs TLC
The reception was disappointing. Apparently there’s a new tax imposed by the government. I had to pay SAR 90.00 for two nights in top of the booking fees. The reception failed to convince me the amount of tax they charged since in Mecca for the previous two nights in a much better hotel I had paid only SAR 45.00. The elevators are a nightmare and the washroom very old and requires renovation. Conveniently located near gate 25/26 of the Prphet’s mosque, this hotel has a lot of potential but really needs some improvements in customer service.

Hotel is pretty close to Haram
Front desk takes forever to check in. There is no concept of lines, people just try to cut you off and show no patience. Rooms were clean but the hotel needs to be renovated. Elevator takes forever (about 10 mins) every time you try to get on - definitely needs some work. Breakfast was great, had good variety!

I usually stay here as it's closer for women to access the Masjid E Nabwi easily. It's the closest hotel after Madina Oberoi.

Our holy Medina experience
Conveniently located close to Prophet's mosque which is the best thing about this hotel. Not exactly five star standard but worth the convenience. Breakfast had quite a reasonable variety.

It's not 4 star. ok hotel close to gate 25
It's not a 4 star hotel. The front desk speak little to no English which was frustrating. The other hotel staff speaks Urdu. Hotel is close to gate 25/26 which easy for ladies entering Haram. If possible try and get Dallah Tabia, which right I front of gate 25 and is little better in terms service and cleanliness.

Not a '5' star hotel, needs a refurb urgently
At least 4 of the lifts were out of order for the whole duration of our stay, this exacerbated the situation as queues of people were waiting for lifts after each prayer. The room was not all clean had to instruct them to clean the room again. Breakfast was not a '5'star experience, more like a bed and breakfast. The shower in the bathroom is weak with water flow at the minimum. I will not be staying here again.

2 night stay over Eid
Overall my stay was ok but don't think I got value for money. I think the hotel requires an update from a condition perspective. The room carpet was worn out and the bathroom needs renovation. I couldn't get a decent enough wifi connection in the room so I had to go down in the lobby to use it. The location of the hotel was perfect only 5 mins walk to the Haram.
