I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the hotel staff never came to offer wash rags or towels. I didn’t have any toilet tissue in the hotel, and it’s so many things wrong with the hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. They have exposed wires which isn’t kid friendly at all. Paint chipping from walls and wet paint and bubbling paint from water damage. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the bathroom or if we needed any extra towels or blankets. The room has a strange smell. As soon as I walked into my hotel room it’s stack of matress by the fire escape which is very strange. The first hotel room we got someone was in there and it was dirty sheets all over the floor. My first impression of this place isn’t good at all. This place needs to be renovated and fixed up badly.
