(266 reviews) Overall most of the staff was extremely friendly. We did however have an extremely rude waitress . She told the table beside us 20 minutes before her shift was over “ I am done if you want a drink go to the bar don’t ask me” we sat about 20 minutes and she did not come over my wife went and asked her if we could get a drink , she told my wife she is done go to the bar my wife said it would have been nice if you let us know she rolled her eyes and walked away…. This is the first time we have ever been treated like that at a resort and will unfortunately not go back there again. The food was not bad, no idea why an all inclusive does not have room service if you want drinks, water, soft drinks you have to go to one of the bars or restaurants and ask for it. Room service was not consistent at all our room was not cleaned I called and asked why and was told we did not request for our room to be cleaned even though we had the sign hanging on our door.
