"The room was wonderful and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with paying for a taxi that didn't take credit cards. The hotel is right on pub row so if you are a pub crawler, it is really convenient when it is time to crawl back to your hotel. With that being said, it is on pub row, so it can get loud. The hotel is also currently being remodeled. That didn't effect my stay but if you are sensitive to paint fumes, it maybe an issue.…"

"We enjoyed our three nights. The room (11) was charming’ comfortable, clean, with access to a small private garden area. The bed was good, linens excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. The property is need of refurbishment. Paint was peeling from the skylight in the bathroom. The front desk mentioned that the property was soon undergoing some redecorating. We’d certainly stay at Number 31 again. Location is excellent. Staff were unstintingly helpful.…"
