Staff were fantastic and so helpful. A big shout out to the ski rental below the hotel who had your skis put outside for you each morning and were there to collect them to put them in storage for the night at the end of the day. Lovely bar staff as well and waiting staff in the restuarant. The food was outstanding as well. All freshly cooked. We will be back!" We had to drive every day and we’re experienced skiers!2) The room configuration is NOT what is on the website (actual configuration is three doubles, one single, one room with two bunk beds). This made our lives hard as we had told children which rooms they would be in, based on description. We did have a couple of issues while staying, but they were fixed VERY QUICKLY. The owner (local contact) were excellent.
