The home is located in the safe historic district of Macon, Ga. Conveniently close to all major hospitals in the area. 1.5 blocks from Atrium Health Navient and 1.4 miles from Piedmont and Regency hospital. You will enjoy original hardwood flooring and two balconies, one north-facing and the other south-overlooking the beautiful downtown scenery. Also, all of the kitchen and laundry appliances are brand new! Had I known that, I would have rented elsewhere. It was admittedly the cheapest place I found in Macon, so I shouldn't have had such high expectations. That's on me. It was clean but not well furnished, at least not in the kitchen. The only other real negative for me, being a light sleeper, is that it is a very old building and the floor is paper thin.
