The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
None of the beds had mattress protectors or fitted sheets. I have $1200 in charges we need to figure out. We called the front desk multiple times and had to call back to get help. Property is nice but the customer service is not good.

Kitchen missing pans . Nothing to clean with . Cleaning service every 3 days . Overpriced , hidden fees in addition . Get nothing more than rooms at a lower rate.. Sheraton, westgate, Hilton
