Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Large room with not much going on. Feels cheap inside. Bathroom was freezing and the heater didnt work in there. Showers are TINY. I guess its common in germany to only provide a twin size douvet on a king size bed, but as an american its weird seeing no sheets and no full size blanket. Breakfast ...
