Location was perfect for train station. There was no spa which i wanted to book a massage( front desk offered to give me one)or bathtub in my bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner. No toilet paper holder. And only one bath towel, no face or hand towel. No phone to connect with front desk so i had to go up and down stairs to talk to concierge. They couldn't find my reservation, i had to show my Expedia confirmation 3x before they found it. However the staff are nice its a comfy bed and really im only here to sleep before seeing Machu Picchu site.

Average accommodation but exceptional receptionist. He has answered all the questions sooner than we have even asked :D he gave us all necessary tips and infos for Machu Picchu trip. It was little tricky to find the hotel, you only have to cross the railway and go to the right and little up the path. GPS devices were lost in this place. Photo/Map of hotel location would be helpful before arrival.

MEIDEN
